Who will transport my order?
Your orders are carefully transported by our partner Planzer.
Once the order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number for your order.
Deposit in the parcel box:
If you allow your parcel to be dropped off in your parcel box, howifeel declines all responsibility for theft of the parcel. Our delivery person automatically records a proof of deposit with a photo.
To authorize the deposit, you just have to check the box "By checking this box, I authorize Planzer to leave my package in the parcel box if I am not there to receive it. " at the moment of the order validation.
If this box is not ticked, the delivery person is automatically not authorised to leave the parcel in the parcel box.
What are the delivery costs?
Orders under 60 CHF 7.50 CHF
Orders over 60 CHF Free delivery
howifeel.ch delivers only in Switzerland.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
howifeel.ch undertakes to process the order within 2 working days, as long as stocks last. However, delivery times of 2 working days from dispatch are only indicative and may vary in the event of a delay by the carrier.
Do you wish to return an item?
You have a period of 7 working days from the delivery date of the order.
The return is at the customer's expense.
Products must be sent with all accessories in the original unopened packaging, properly packed and with a copy of the invoice. Damaged products will not be taken back and will be invoiced to the customer in full.
Items on sale cannot be returned.

The refund of the goods will be made once the product(s) received have been checked. After verification, howifeel.ch undertakes to reimburse within 14 calendar days.
howifeel.ch is not responsible for the correct routing (loss, delays, destruction ...) during return transport.
